Arabic and English are the two main languages but translators are available for other languages.

We recommend that you arrive at the check-in desk at least 15 minutes prior your scheduled appointment time to ensure that there is enough time to check-in and complete all pre-appointment paper work.

Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID (or other government-issued ID)/ passport, and health insurance card to your appointment.

We also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records (from other facilitates) that are relevant to your current medical condition.

Currently accepts the following insurance plans; Thiqa and Daman, others will be announced soon

 

Yes, the hospital accepts patients with out-of-network plans, on a case-by-case basis, with Guarantees of Payment from health insurance companies or employers. Patients are advised to check directly with their health insurance provider(s) on their ability to claim reimbursement.

Yes, the hospital is open to patients who wish to self-pay. If you do not have health insurance or your insurance plan is not covered, our team is available to arrange a consultation with one of our Financial Counsellors to help guide you and provide financial advice.

In general, taking photographs of procedures or staff is not allowed. If you want to take photographs of yourself in the facility, then it must not include any other patients in the photographs or in the background of the video/picture without their permission. This is to respect and protect other patient’s privacy and confidentiality.

 

  •  The hospital is equipped with modern CCTVs and security 24/7 and will ensure your security, but the hospital does not take any liability or responsibility for missing or lost items.

No, we do not provide emergency care or ambulance. We are specialized Rehabilitation Hospital.
