Czech Rehabilitation Hospital telemedicine service presently allows you to book an appointment with a physician of your choice for consultation. Appointments booking by using online appointment booking or by calling our call center.

You can make a telemedicine consultation appointment with your doctor of choice either by contacting the CRH customer call centre on 60055005 or through our website. After booking, you will receive a confirmation SMS which will contain a link to access your appointment as well as a step by step guide indicating how to access the teleconsultation either via a mobile device or a computer.

The consultation will last approximately 15 minutes
Insurance co-payment will be applicable as per your insurance policy. Payment, where required, can be made by credit or debit card before your consultation via an online link which will be sent to you by SMS. No card details will be kept or stored by CRH

Before your first teleconsultation with a Czech Rehabilitation doctor via the MS teams’ platform, you will need to complete the Telemedicine Patient Consent form, link sent via SMS.
