Following this, he served as a Senior Medical Officer and Hospital Administrator at the Federal Clinic & Maternity Home, Karachi, from June 1988 to March 1990, where he oversaw emergency care and administrative functions. Additionally, he worked as a Casualty Medical Officer at THQ Hospital, Mirpur Mathelo, Pakistan, from September 1987 to June 1988, managing urgent care and trauma cases.
