The Clinical Observership Program in Laboratory will help the participants:
- To understand the routine diagnostic work of a hospital laboratory.
- To get the orientation with various lab sub-specialties functions.
- To learn the basic concepts of laboratory quality.
- To assess the occupational risk as a laboratory worker.
- To prioritize personal safety and mitigating the laboratory hazards.
- To understand the concept of total quality management in a hospital laboratory.
