The Clinical Observership Program in Nursing will help the participants:
- To obtain exposure to common nursing tools and practices.
- To learn different aspects of nursing assessment and intervention in both outpatient and inpatient.
- To understand the principles and clinical indications in nursing care of patients.
- To understand the importance of quality indicators in Nursing.
